Hi, I am Blair Patterson. I have spent well over a decade teaching trades skills, from people just starting out through to ticket day. I am a father, a husband, an instructor, a safety professional, and an instructional designer.

I started CrewForge because the old path and the new path both leave people stuck. Long college programs pile on debt before anyone touches real work. Generic online courses do not match the public exam. Companies get a catalog, not a program built for their shop.

CrewForge does two things.

For tradespeople: online exam-readiness so you can write your ticket with a clear picture of what you know and what you still have to learn. Practice questions and trade facts, not official exam items. We do not claim a Red Seal endorsement.

For companies: private training designed and built for your work and your shop standard.
