We partner with local companies who fund the entire training program — making it completely free for accepted applicants — because they want a steady pipeline of capable workers they can actually trust on the job site.

Strike while the iron is hot
Acceptance into the program is based on clear, firm criteria aligned with what our partner companies require for employment: dependability, aptitude, positive attitude, strong communication skills, physical capability, work ethic, ability to follow directions, and attention to detail. No prior experience is necessary—we welcome motivated beginners who are ready to learn and grow.
Selection is strictly merit-based.
The program features a flexible, self-paced structure: start with online lessons that, once mastered, unlock hands-on practical activities. These activities are both physically demanding and highly skillful, requiring strength, precision, endurance, and focus to build real-world competence.
You can book time at our training facility any day of the week—day or evening—to fit seamlessly around your current work schedule. Highly experienced CrewForge Instructors are always onsite to mentor you, answer questions, demonstrate key techniques, and evaluate your progress as you develop your skills. There are no fixed cohorts, rigid schedules, or set start dates. You advance continuously, mastering one skill after another at your own pace until you're fully job-ready. The harder you work, the faster you finish.
When you're prepared, we notify our employer partners. They review your performance record and profile—including a portfolio of your work at CrewForge—then extend job offers for entry level trade positions through our Employer portal. This gives you priority access to real career opportunities with companies that already know and trust CrewForge-trained professionals.
